Class Description: Moroccan cuisine is unique as it is partially influenced by other cultures. The foods rely on a balance of aromatic spices and result in what some refer to as exotic fare. If you have never tried Moroccan foods, this class will incent you to add this wonderful cuisine to your cooking repertoire. For our main course, we will learn how to use a tagine, a special North African pot to prepare a traditional dish that takes its name from the pot. From appetizer to dessert, this will be a memorable meal that will excite your taste buds.
