This offering is designed to introduce individuals to the Yogic practice. Yoga signifies “Union” in Sanskrit – and the purpose of this experience is to establish a practice of mindful breathing (through pranayama), mindful listening, asana (practice of postures) and goal setting. Offered by William Carleton, 200hr Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher of Naam Yoga. Yogic disciplines include: Naam Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Kundalini Yoga.
Materials Needed: Yoga mat, towel, water bottle, pen and pad.
