Class Description: If you have been tempted to try your hand at pasta making, join us for an informative and fun demonstration as Chef Deborah Miller shows you how easy it really is and how delicious it can be! You will learn how to know when your pasta dough is "just right" and how to roll and cut it into your desired type of pasta for your dish. You will also be served a tasting of three fabulous fresh pasta dishes.
