When visiting a Farmer’s Market, talk with the farmer(s) and take advantage of the foods they are most proud of … even if you’ve never cooked with them before! If you combine what you learn about their foods with proper cooking techniques, the result is guaranteed to be amazing. Meet Chef Mary at the New Milford’s Farmer’s Market (in front of the New Milford Library) at 10 am, we'll choose our produce and go back to the farm kitchen and cook.
