In this class we'll give you lots of ideas for by creating three delicious bowls with recipes from around the world using a variety of nutrient- rich grains, pulses, proteins, and produce accented with fun sauces and vegan and vegetarian options. Great served individually or for a crowd.
North African Bowl: Tunisian carrots, Moroccan spiced felaffel, Roasted Broccolini. Crumbled Goat and sweet Potato Tahini sauce.
India Inspired Bowl: Indian Ratatouille, Mango curried chick pea salad, Almond coconut basmati rice, Yogurt drizzle, Spiced chicken thighs, Whole wheat naan bread
