Event Details

Under Chef Marcucilli's guidance, each student will make their biscuit from scratch. While it is cooking and cooling the chef will demonstrate and have students create various garnishes such as meringue mushrooms and fondant decorations as well as demo a classic chocolate buttercream and then complete their beautiful cake to take home. For teens 15+ and adults.
