There’s nothing better than wholesome fresh cheese! In this class, you will learn the how easy and fun it is to bring fresh cheese to your table or incorporate into your cooking. Controlling what goes into your food is top of mind for many people and this class will allow you to learn the methods of fresh cheese making.

You will learn about different milks used in cheese production, supplies that are necessary to be successful and educational resources you can utilize.

Join us on Feb 10 or Feb 18 as you learn to make Mozzarella, Ricotta, and cultured butter.

Katie Gilmore owns and operates Stone Silo Farm, a goat farm, Micro-dairy and dedicated cheese making facility. Katie launched Stone Silo Farm in 2006 after studying with leading cheese makers from the US and France including Vermont creameries, UVM VIAC, and Sterling College.
