Event Details

Class Description: It’s almost Opening Day for fishing; and if you have beginners luck on the first day, are you prepared? Join us for this class and learn everything from filleting to preparing and cooking your prized fish! Each guest will fillet one fish; and as a group we will create four fabulous fish dishes to celebrate the season. With fresh fish, you don’t really need a recipe to make it taste great; however, proper techniques are crucial and the recipes we use will be sure to highlight the “catch of the day”!
