Hands-On Participation
Ages 21 and Older

Class Description: Instead of going out to dinner, we invite you to bring a date, a friend, or loved one to celebrate Valentine’s Day in a unique and memorable way! Join us for a fun hands-on cooking class where you will work with a Chef to create a fabulous surf & turf dinner. Learn how to sear sea scallops, prepare a perfectly-cooked steak with a delicious lobster bourbon sauce, and how to make a classic crème brulee flavored with espresso. This class will be full of valuable restaurant “secrets” that you can use at home to execute memorable meals with … or for … your favorite person.
