Class Description: Chef/Culinary Instructor Deborah Miller loves to teach others how easy it is to make homemade pasta. Once you learn her easy “no recipe” technique, you will not hesitate to make your own. In addition to making homemade pasta dough, the class will then use the pasta dough to create a variety of delicious homemade ravioli including one of the newest crazes … Ravioli al Uovo (Egg Yolk Ravioli) with Bacon-Sage Sauce.
