Now in its fifth decade, Moosewood still maintains the farm-to-table philosophy that has governed the restaurant since its founding. Chef David Hirsch will focus on the vegetarian dishes from his latest cookbook “The Moosewood Restaurant Table” as the group prepares and samples the menu while discussing ideas from the book and ways to cook at home that will save time yet deliver nutritious and delicious meals.
