Class Description: A good cook has mastered the basics of sauce making. Sauces add complexity to a dish and some dishes are just not complete without a sauce. In this class, the Chef will focus on the techniques of making 5 Great Sauces (based on the classic 5 French “Mother” Sauces) that every cook should have in their repertoire. Master these sauce recipes and techniques and you are on your way to becoming a master chef in your own kitchen, as they serve as the “building blocks” for hundreds of other sauces.
